Sól Recruiting, Coaching, and Consulting is a recruiting firm based in Denver, Colorado. They strive to connect good organizations with individuals who are the perfect fit for their team. 

Goals

Sól had a beautiful vision for their business, steeped in Catholic tradition and symbolism but needed to translate those ideas into a strong, cohesive brand that would help them grow into a recognizable name in their community. It was important to them that their roots in Colorado and the Catholic faith were evident in their brand identity.

Solution

Together we created a logo, symbols, and brand identity that capture this mission and then crafted brand guidelines, and business templates to further strengthen their brand image. Today Sól uses their brand identity to foster trust and become a known and respected pillar in their community working with companies such as The Augustine Institute.
